We understand that giving up your car for a while can be a huge inconvenience. 

This is why we offer our customers a complimentary shuttle and loaner service to make sure you can still maximize your time while your vehicle is getting serviced.

  • Let us know where you want to go round the Des Moines area and we can schedule a pickup or drop-off ride for you while your car is in our shop.

  • Whether it’s a routine oil change or an unplanned parts replacement, we have loaner vehicles available for you to use in the meantime. Rental of the vehicle and any fuel used are both free to our customers!

    Note: Shade Tree reserves the right to out loan their cars as they deem necessary and customers must be 25 years of age to qualify for a loaner vehicle.
