Shade Tree Auto’s Remote Service (STARS) provides hassle-free service by providing customers with convenient options for how to handle the car repair process.
There’s no need to rearrange your day to bring your car into our shop. We’ll pick it up for you anywhere in the Des Moines area! Arrange for pickup/drop-off options online, review your estimate, and pay through our website without even needing to set foot in our facility. This service includes our standard 4 year/40,000-mile warranty and is complimentary for all of our customers.
What comes with STARS

Use our online scheduling tool to set up your appointment and sign up for text or email reminders to be notified about your car’s status throughout the duration of the appointment.

View a comprehensive digital report about your car’s diagnosis complete with technician notes, photos, and sometimes even video to showcase vehicle issues.

Choose what option is most convenient for you whether that is getting your vehicle picked up from home, dropping it off, or we can drive you to any destination you choose in the Des Moines area, free of charge.
