Yes! Our online scheduling tool is open 24/7 for all three locations: Grimes, Urbandale, and Ankeny. Whether you need an oil change, brake inspection, or AC repair, just hop online and choose a date and time that works for you.

What Can I Schedule Online?
Most of our common services can be booked online, including:
Oil changes
Brake inspections and repairs
AC and heating service
Diagnostic appointments
Tire rotation and replacement
Alignment and suspension checks

How Will I Know My Appointment Is Confirmed?
You’ll get an immediate confirmation via email. We’ll also follow up if we need any additional info—like whether you’ll need a shuttle ride or a loaner car.
If your preferred time isn’t available, our team may reach out with alternatives to make sure you’re still taken care of quickly.
Can I Request a Loaner Vehicle or Shuttle Ride When I Schedule?
Absolutely. During online scheduling, you’ll have the option to note if you need a shuttle or would like to use one of our free loaner vehicles. (More on that below.)
Do You Take Walk-Ins Too?
We do—but appointments help us get you in faster, especially during spring and summer when demand spikes. Online scheduling ensures your spot is locked in.
